Well? I heard it was GREAT! Friend that went said it was also one of his BEST and he's the lead guitar player for the band from HS/college I am always babbling on about...not that we needed an expert opinion or anything...

Funny, I just read the San Jose Mercury News review and that guy did NOT get it. They SMOKED. Had incredible seats and they were on. Talk about about the drummer and bassist being "in the pocket"! I definitely enjoyed parts of the show more than MSG, particularly when Winwood sat down and played Low Spark solo as opposed to Georgia on My Mind. Voodoo Chile was insane. Other highlight for me was Glad into Well Allright. You know - these are two living legends taking care of unfinished business and making some of the best live music of their careers. I felt privileged to be a part of it.

Whoa! That set list is even better--much prefer Low Spark.

Hadn't read a bad review--til the one you mentioned...funny.

I would say highlights for us were Glad, VChile, DMFant; and for me...CFMWH was one too, but more for historic reasons. That one shows the tad by which his voice has dropped off (but for the geezer circuit, it is still damn good!).

Good to hear it all.
